Skull Guy Journey does not collect any Personal Data or Usage Data. We do not use Your data to provide or improve the Service because no data is collected. By using the Service, You can be assured that Your privacy is fully protected.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We do not collect any information about Your mobile device.

We do not use Cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, scripts, or any other tracking technologies to track activity or store information. No first-party or third-party cookies are placed on Your Device.

Since We do not collect any Personal Data or Usage Data, We do not use Your data for any purpose. Specifically, We do not use data:

We do not share Your Personal Data with any third parties, Service Providers, affiliates, business partners, or other users, because no Personal Data exists to share.

6. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company does not retain any Personal Data or Usage Data because no such data is collected. There is no data stored on Our servers, in databases, or in any cloud storage systems. Since no data is collected, no retention periods apply. Upon uninstallation of the Application, any locally stored game preferences on Your Device are permanently deleted. We do not maintain backups of Your data.

7. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Since We do not collect any Personal Data, no data is processed at the Company's operating offices or any other locations. No information is transferred to or maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. No cross-border data transfers occur.

8. Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. However, since We do not collect any Personal Data, there is no data to delete. Any locally stored game progress on Your Device is permanently removed when You uninstall the Application.

9. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, no Personal Data would be transferred because no Personal Data is collected or stored.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. However, since We collect no Personal Data, We have no data to disclose.

Other Legal Requirements

The Company may disclose data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability. Since no Personal Data is collected, these scenarios would not result in any data disclosure.

10. Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. Although We do not collect any Personal Data, We design and maintain Our Application with security best practices. The Application does not make network requests for data collection purposes, does not contain advertising SDKs (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, Vungle, InMobi, Chartboost), analytics SDKs (Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), crash reporting SDKs (Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag), attribution SDKs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava), social SDKs (Facebook, Twitter/X, Google Sign-In), push notification services (OneSignal, FCM), or any remote storage, sync, or cloud database services.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Since Our Application does not collect any data from any user regardless of age, it is inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware of any concerns, please contact Us. We recommend that users under 18 review this policy with a parent or guardian.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site.
